Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The product should be returned in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Be sure to include a copy of the return authorization email inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same steps as above. Once we receive and approve your return, we will send the new item to you. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Shipping Costs
- Returns: We offer free shipping on all returns. You will receive a prepaid shipping label with your return authorization email.
- Exchanges: We also cover the shipping costs to send the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
