Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You can return or exchange any item within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The product should be returned in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as those marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance," may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@customcraftshop.comΒ or call us at +91 (123) 456-7890 to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Be sure to include a copy of the return authorization email inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same steps as above. Once we receive and approve your return, we will send the new item to you. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: We offer free shipping on all returns. You will receive a prepaid shipping label with your return authorization email.
  • Exchanges: We also cover the shipping costs to send the new item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@customcraftshop.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email.
