Custom Wig Order Guidelines

1. Please provide reference pictures of the character and notify us of any custom requirements in advance, and we will send you a quotation.The price of custom wigs is determined by the complexity of the hairstyle. Different payment methods may incur platform transaction fees, which as well as shipping fees are not covered in the quotation. You may consult customer service for specific fee rates of each platform. Shipping fees fluctuate based on your delivery address.
2. Production commences upon receipt of your deposit or full payment. The production lead time is roughly 2 to 9 weeks. Shipping fees are excluded and calculated according to your destination.We will send photos of the finished wig for your confirmation prior to shipment.
3. All wigs are handcrafted custom goods. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted.
