How long does a cosplay wig commission take?
Production time depends on the design and current schedule. International shipping may require an additional four to six weeks, so contact us early when you have a fixed event date.
Can you copy another wig artist’s work?
Reference images can communicate the character and general direction, but the final commission is created in KOOLLIA’s own style rather than as an exact copy of another artist’s work.
Can I request changes before shipping?
Minor adjustments may be requested after reviewing the finished photos. Major structural, color or accessory changes may require an additional payment or a new order.
